Buying/leasing a car by default is not a fun experience once you get past the new car smell. My interaction with the Salesman Rocky was very good. The negotiation was quick and fair. I had to make a change after we agreed on a vehicle, the next car we settled on had some additional features that cost about 500 more, but other than highlighting that additional cost nothing else was said. When the time came to sit down with me and my wife and go over how to use the features in the car Rocky spent over 30 mins going through it in great detail with wonderful patience, humor, and expertise. I have never had a salesman go through a car intro in such detail. The worst part of buy/leasing a car is sitting down with the Finance person. At Ramsey Mazda Donovan made this experience quick and painless. Donovan blew through the documents quickly and his pleasant demeanor and easy smile made the experience of financing a car as painless as possible. If Mazda is the car you want Ramsey is the place you should go. More

I was made to feel like I was a friend Todd assisted me with my service experience. I was not pleased with the dealership where were leased our vehicle. The dealership that I normally use h Todd assisted me with my service experience. I was not pleased with the dealership where were leased our vehicle. The dealership that I normally use had no appointments available for at least a month. My wife called Ramsey to see about making an appointment. When she got off the phone she told how nice the individual was that spoke with her in making the appointment. The our car needed a basic service, a safety recall and a few other items, where we were concerned about the cost of repair. When I sat down with Todd he immediately put himself in my shoes and understood my concerns. We spoke about all the repairs and costs before any work was done. I was very satisfied with the level of customer service from him. The way I was treated by him will make me go back to Ramsey when I'm ready to purchase a new car. And of course come back to get my car serviced. More
