Friendly and helpful I had turned in my old lease for a new one and was greeted with smiles as soon as I walked into the room. I was out of the dealership in an hour and a half which in my experience is unheard of. I usually end up at the dealership for close to 3 hours finalizing the paperwork when acquiring a new lease.
