Amazing Dealership A friend of mine was looking for an SUV. I told her I loved my Mazda 3 Sport which has not had one problem since I purchased in 2016. I suggested s A friend of mine was looking for an SUV. I told her I loved my Mazda 3 Sport which has not had one problem since I purchased in 2016. I suggested she look at the Mazda SUV. We located several vehicles on Car Guru. Ramsey Mazda had the best selection in Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles. We drove over an hour to see one particular vehicle,. Shortly after we arrived, our salesman Willy came out and walked us over to the vehicle to check out the exterior and interior. It was in amazing condition. The plates were put on, and off we went for a road test. Willy explained every moving part inside the vehicle during that drive. By the time we returned to the dealership, we knew this was the vehicle to purchase. Willy set up the Bluetooth and had the car brought back for a wash and a tank of gas while the loan paperwork was being processed. Once the loan was approved, Willy contacted the insurance company and procured very reasonable car insurance.. Ronald Lupo of Finance worked especially hard to get the loan because my friend moved from NY to NJ only one day before. Ron knew exactly what information would be required to ensure the loan would go through smoothly. Very professional to work with.. Overall experience with Willy was a 10+ - Willy was professional from start to finish. He did not high pressure my friend that had never purchased a vehicle on her own. Willy has a charming personality which made it even more fun for my friend's first buying experience.. There is no doubt I will personally call Willy when I am ready to replace my current vehicle! More
