First Time Car Buyer I bought my first car last week. I visited a lot of dealerships prior to deciding on Ramsey Mazda, but more salesman seemed determined to make a sale I bought my first car last week. I visited a lot of dealerships prior to deciding on Ramsey Mazda, but more salesman seemed determined to make a sale than put me in a car where I felt comfortable. Willy was phenomenal. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I felt like he had my best interest at heart. He was determined to help me find a car that best fit my needs. While the 2019 Touring was enticing with its AWD, I felt more confident driving the Sport. Willy never tried to upsell me into a more expensive car or to add more features that I didn’t feel comfortable with. And that was a standout quality. Not only was Willy wonderful, but so was Ron in financing. He explained the process and answered all my questions. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience (as other dealerships made me dread buying a car) and I will happily return to give Ramsey Mazda my business in the future. More

I was struggling with the decision to repair or replace my CX9. It had 150K miles and i thought it may be time to put it out to pasture. Todd assured me that service (replacing water pump) was the way to go. Although it was pricey (mostly due to labor costs b/c of where part is located) it was better than undertaking years of new car payments. He reassured me that my vehicle was in great running condition and should last me another 100K miles. I was provided a loaner, Todd kept me posted of repair status, and service was quickly concluded in time promised. My "new & improved" CX9 drives like a dream. I highly recommend Mazda Service team!! I know that buying a car can be a stressful task and a lot of people on the industry use high pressure sales tactics and dont really know about the car they are trying to sell you. I promise this is not the case at Ransey Mazda with Willy and Donovan. They knowledge of Mazda cars is great and they do their best to make sure you are getting what you want. More
