Excellent- professional- friendly From the moment I parked the car I was greeted by a team member who began the process of moving things along, Service advisor Todd Stack met with me i From the moment I parked the car I was greeted by a team member who began the process of moving things along, Service advisor Todd Stack met with me immediately and spent time with me to review my car needs - he was patient, respectful and thorough. After that process I was asked to wait in a very nice waiting area (beverages, snacks) and I was most impressed by Todd’s frequent updates on where they were in the process of getting the car ready. He was constantly troubleshooting and keeping me up to date. He made sure that I approved of all work and costs before continuing, once approved all work was done and reconditions made- there was no pressure to “sell me” anything (parts or service) just information provided and ample time to ask questions - nothing felt burdensome for him. He was excellent! More

Purchase of Cx5 I narrowed my search to this car- car buying is always a little stressful for me -,rocky was my sales person he listened to what I wanted and has pat I narrowed my search to this car- car buying is always a little stressful for me -,rocky was my sales person he listened to what I wanted and has patience even when I went back today with questions he reviewed the technical aspects of the car I couldn’t remember- He’s easy to work with- When I went to sign the lease I was a little upset because I understood the car was covered bumper to bumper for 3 yrs but didn’t realize the car rims and tires were so expensive- also interior being bone I was told jeans could bleed into it so that should be insured- overall I’m happy but I wish I realized the price I negotiated would not really be the final price as I want to insure these other pieces won’t cost me an arm and a leg- overall I’m happy with the dealership and everyone there is very personable. The reason I’m putting 4 stars on price not 5 is because I didn’t expect to add more monies into my lease price because of the rim and tires. More
