Out of all the years I've been purchasing cars, Adonis Antonick has by far been the most honest, professional and fair salesman I have ever met. I told him what I was looking for and he delivered. He kept it real with me... Never promised me things that he could not come through on and 100 percent honest and had a level of patience not seen in this business. So many times you walk into a dealership and these salesmen/saleswomen are swarming around you like sharks, already smelling blood. I highly recommend Adonis to anyone looking to buy a new mazda. Best Car Buying Experience I started looking to turn in my lease early 10 months ago and went visiting a couple Mazda dealerships and I finally ended up at Ramsey Mazda. Upon go I started looking to turn in my lease early 10 months ago and went visiting a couple Mazda dealerships and I finally ended up at Ramsey Mazda. Upon going in there I was greeted by Victor who contacted me prior by phone and was fully transparent with his information to contact him with any questions via personal cell phone. I thought that was bold, but worked out to be the best decision. We ran the numbers back in November and found that I was upside down in payments and told me to come back when I pay down some. Within the next 5 months I still searched around and found that I didn’t feel at ease. I found that Victor was not pressuring me but more helping me get into the vehicle when it was the right time. After months of texting and figuring out numbers every month, we decided that March was going to be the month. I set a date to come in and Victor was ready for me when I walked in. He was receptive to what I wanted to pay and was able to get me out of my lease 6 months early and into a brand new 2019 CX-9! Best experience from the deal to working with the Finance team (Donovan). Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to. I appreciate the team at Ramsey making it a great buying experience. Bait and Switch, terrible dealership, stay far away I tried to work on a deal for a Mazda 6 with Adonis over e-mail and I had the breakdown on the numbers for a car that he saw and stated he would beat I tried to work on a deal for a Mazda 6 with Adonis over e-mail and I had the breakdown on the numbers for a car that he saw and stated he would beat if I were to come in. After going in and briefly meeting with him, he turned me over to the one of the sales manager, Mike who was a bit unprofessional. The both of them go onto say they never mentioned that deal can be matched or beaten. Not only are they blatantly lying but I have proof in a chain of e-mails that Adonis clearly stated he would beat the deal I had on hand. Its one thing to be courteous and upfront by mentioning the deal can't be done or that it was a long shot with any dealership, but to outright lie leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Never again will I step foot in Ramsey Mazda More

RUN, don’t walk, to another dealership I have dealt with some unscrupulous car dealerships in my 30+ years of leasing and buying cars,, but Ramsey Mazda, and the sales manager "Mike" win th I have dealt with some unscrupulous car dealerships in my 30+ years of leasing and buying cars,, but Ramsey Mazda, and the sales manager "Mike" win the Blue ribbon hands down. They will say or do anything to get you into the dealership. They will not , repeat not, stand behind anything they tell you on the phone or by internet. It's a purely " Bait and switch" dealership, hence all the negative reviews. I have been communicating for several weeks with a salesman who was nice but was clearly being manipulated on what to say by the sales manager "Mike" who has absolutely no people skills whatsoever. and how this man became a sales manager is beyond me., Anyway, after emailing for a few weeks I settled on a grey Cx-5. We agreed to price etc and I went down to the dealership 45 miles as I live in New York. I test drove the vehicle, and sat down with the salesperson to make a deal, at which time the salesperson excused himself and walked away and then Mike walked over and introduced himself as the Sales Manager. Mike then said " you want the grey color huh, I said yes, (I told him that 10x on email,)he said" Well there's something I forgot to mention, it has 900 miles on it." Me and my wife looked at each other in disbelief, I said" it's a used car, Mike said no, it's a new car with miles. Me and my wife immediately got up , while Mike started to curse and yell because I said I will be honest in my review to warn others,he said " write what you want, I'm not going anywhere" he started yelling which was kind of ineffective as he's about as intimidating as Barney Rumble. So I went to another dealership nearby and man, what a difference. The sales manager was so professional , I purchased the car and was out in a half hour. So my advice 1) whatever they tell you on the phone or internet, they will NOT I repeat NOT honor when you come in 2) they are a pure "bait and switch" dealership 3) If you still go, and are approached by the con artist sales manager" Mike" run, don't walk, to another dealership 4) best advice is do not deal with these people. If you do you will be sorry.They lie thru there teeth, and are a prime example of how a dealership should not be,wish I could give zero stars, I'm sure the owner or manager will give some generic answer like he did in every other negative review, so my advice, read the reviews and decide for yourself, or listen to me and thank me later More
