Wonderful experience buying 2017 Mazda CX-9 I've purchased a few new and used cars in the past and found the Ramsey Mazda experience to be the best yet. I visited the dealership to have a quick I've purchased a few new and used cars in the past and found the Ramsey Mazda experience to be the best yet. I visited the dealership to have a quick look at the car and scheduled a test-drive with Glenn for the following day. The next day I came with my wife. Glenn had the car ready and we rode around Ramsey and Mahwah while Glenn answered our questions. On return to the dealership, we negotiated the price of the new car and the credit for the trade-in. I returned later to sign the final paperwork with Donovan and drove away in my new CX-9. Both Glenn and Donovan were courteous and friendly in all aspects. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you. Last week she came My wife has leased her last few cars through Ramsey Mazda and always told me how well she was treated by her salesman Mike DePaolo. Last week she came home with a Mazda CX-5. Good looking car with a really nice interior. She told me the terms of the lease and I thought wow - you got the Bro deal. I drove it and I wanted one too. Mike made it happen, and yes I got the Bro deal! I *hate* car shopping but this was totally painless and actually quite enjoyable. Donovan Lau made the financing portion of the transaction a breeze. Mike has a very pleasant demeanor and spent a lot of time explaining the features of the car. After learning to set expectations low for most businesses this was a breath of fresh air. Mike and Donovan knocked this one out of the park. Thanks guys! More
