I wanted car for me and I was a very picky customer so I did not know what I want and what I need. We actually did two times the driving test (in two different days) and Victor was more than friendly and easy going person. He also was a very knowledgeable about his job and he went over few different options for us. So, we finally made the decision to by CX-5, and the business manager Donovan Lau prepared the financing papers and went over every detail we wanted to know about the lease. I had looked elsewhere and was very disappointed with the service of the other dealerships I went to. I felt immediately welcome and valued when I walked in the door and my sales representative was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He sold me on my new CX-5 on my first visit and worked hard to get me everything I could possibly get out of it. He made it an easy transition to work with the finance manager as well. I will definitely be coming back here for my future cars and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great cars and amazing service. More
