In addition, Donovan, the finance guy, was easy to work with. Great sales experience. Unfortunately, we discovered a mechanical issue with the car shortly after we picked it up. The service department simply did not respond to us on this - did not have time to speak with us - and we are now working with another Mazda dealership to resolve the problem. Still not resolved. Several emails to Ramsey Mazda reps seeking call backs to discuss this matter were not returned. I am baffled. I can not recommend them. More

Willy is very pleasant and easy going, the opposite of high pressure. Donovan was quick, polite, and professional. The pricing was very fair and better than I expected. In short I would recommend Ramsey Mazda without reservation. More
