I found that this dealership made my car-purchasing experience extremely pleasant. I have walked into other dealerships where the salespeople were very rude and overly aggressive. I was extremely pleased with the honesty and straight forwardness of Jay, there was no beating around the bush with him. He made this whole process which was my first extremely pleasant. I even had a bump in my tire that I noticed on day 2 of having the car and when I came back to get my plates and second key; Michael from the service department without any hesitation helped me out with my problem. I thought I would have a problem and have to scream and yell to be heard but I didn't have to go all crazy. So far I'm really happy with Nissan Ramsey; I would recommend this dealership to anybody I know who wants to get a car. More

Back in February I began looking for a new car, as my Hon I want to let you know how. Absolutely wonderful my experience with Ramsey Nissan was! Back in February I began looking for a new car, as my Honda Fit lease was ending in May. I looked into the Hyundai Veloster – a manual transmission is a “must have” for me, and I was impressed with the technology package that was available in the car. I went to a local dealership and was told that while there weren’t any cars matching my request in stock, all I had to do was put down a $1000 deposit, and I could have one within a matter of weeks. After my credit card was swiped I was sent on my way (without any business card, which struck me as odd) and told I would be contacted when my car became available. Two weeks turned into four weeks, and each time I called I was told to “sit tight”, that no car was available at this point, but that it shouldn’t be much longer. At week 5, with the same explanation and less than 7 days left before my Honda was to be returned, I went back to Hyundai to get a refund on my deposit. It was disappointing on many levels. Not only was I not going to be able to get the car that I had my heart set on, but the entire ‘customer service’ experience with the dealership really made me weary to start looking again – but with so little time left on my lease, I didn’t have a choice! That night I began looking online for another car. I was definitely looking for something a little bit ‘different’ with a technology package, and of course, that manual transmission! That is when I came across the Nissan Juke, which seemed to fit all three of my criteria. I called Ramsey Nissan right then and spoke with Ashley in internet sales. She was so helpful and told me that it looked like there were only two Jukes within 300 miles that had both navigation and manual transmission! My heart sank a little bit, but she told me to come into the dealership the next day to speak more with a salesman about my options. I prepared myself with credit card in hand, to again deal with the high pressure and empty promises that I had encountered prior… When I got to Ramsey Nissan the next day, I was met by sales associate Diego Villanueva. He was professional, courteous, and upfront about the fact that the car I wanted was going to be difficult to get! We went over cost/numbers and with the help of Jose, decided that the dealership would buy my Honda. I was glad to know that even if my Juke took a while longer to get than anticipated, I could continue to drive my Honda until one was found for me. Since it was nearing the end of the day, Diego told me that they would try and contact the dealerships that had the Jukes in stock and see if they could get one for me. Diego told me he didn’t want to take a deposit from me until he knew that he could get me the car. This was surprising to me, and I wondered if without leaving any money, whether or not he would work as hard to find me the car…! From that point on the communication from everyone at the dealership was terrific! Diego called that night to say that he didn’t have any information for me, but would be in touch in the morning once he had any news. The very next morning Jose called to tell me that they had found me a Juke!! I was so excited. He told me that he would likely be able to get it within about 5 days. This was terrific news and I was able to give a deposit over the phone – which couldn’t have been easier. Much to my surprise, just two days later, Diego called to tell me that my car was ready to be picked up! It was only after the fact that I found out that Diego actually traveled to Rhode Island himself to get my car in such a timely manner… unbelievable customer service!! It is one week later and I LOVE MY JUKE! My experience with Diego Villanueva and Ramsey Nissan has been so refreshing and unlike any other car dealership experience I have ever had. Every member of the Ramsey Nissan staff that I encountered made me feel like a top priority. The customer service experience is one that many people would likely only expect when spending two to three (maybe more) times as much on a car! I look forward to receiving and completing the sales experience survey ? Please recognize Diego and these other exceptional employees.
