I just recently purchased a 2010 Nissan Xterra from Ramsey Nissan. It was not the first dealership I went to looking for a car, but it was the ONLY one that had phenomenal service. I didn't think it was possible to say that about a car dealership! I first went just looking to test drive the Xterra not even sure that I wanted to make a purchase. Although they didn't have the model I wanted, Jim came with me to test drive the one they had and was very informative and answered any questions I had. Jim also was able to get the exact car I wanted within a few days. I could not have asked for a better experience. My sister just recently purchased a new car and visited a ton of dealerships and she even said she wished she had gone to Ramsey Nissan because no other dealership was as great as Ramsey. Having leased a 2007 Nissan Murano from Rockland Nissan, and having considered a Cadillac SRX, as well as a Lexus SUV 350 and the Buick Enclave SUV, we decided to reconsider another Murano; but this time, with a dealer closer to our home in Airmont, NY. Andrew proved to be most excellent in the service and responsiveness which he provided to us in our consideration and then finalization of the lease of our new 2010 Nissan Murano (as well as the cessation 3 months ahead of the end of our 39 months for a 2007 Murano Lease).
