I can't wait to begin!!! We began with Andrew Waddell, who is the gentleman that sold my son Todd his Rogue a few months ago. He has since been moved to Internet Sales Manager and then referred me to Sam who is the gentleman that sold my son Todd his Rogue a few months ago. He has since been moved to Internet Sales Manager and then referred me to Samuel Sierra, who a week previous to my visit sold my other son Jason, a Nissan Sentra. I explained to Sam that I thought that I wanted to also Lease the Nissan Sentra. He went over everything with us, I gave him a deposit and went home, leaving Sam with the job of finding the Color I wanted at another Dealership. After thinking things over that night at home I thought perhaps I would prefer Leasing an Altima. Called Sam in the morning, made an appointment for that afternoon and started to look again. Price and payment amount for the lease are my main concern. I thought at that point Sam would have become frustrated with me, as I was becoming frustrated myself. He very calmly said, "This is not a problem, this is my job to help you make the decision that will suit you best. I promise you, we will look at all the options and make a decision when you are ready. We were sitting in the showroom at a round table and at that point Fred Styka came out and sat with us and said maybe I can help. One of the hold-ups were the color I wanted was white, and they had to locate it. To make a long story short, I had the car I wanted at a price I could afford and picked up the car last evening. I have to say that this has been the most pleasant experience I have ever had at any car dealership...ever!! I commend everyone working at that dealership for their friendly, accomodating actions while I was going through this process. I apologize for not remembering the name of the Finance Gentleman. I believe it was Dave. He was also Friendly, Efficient, and Knowledgeable. I will definitely be recommending my Family and Friends to buy their vehicles from Ramsey Auto Group. Sam...You were just a Pleasure to work with and put my decisions at ease. I can't Thank you enough. I found Robert to be professional and knowledgable. While I realize he is working to earn a paycheck and we were looking to lease 2 vehicles, I didn't feel like he was trying to "take us in", like so many ca I realize he is working to earn a paycheck and we were looking to lease 2 vehicles, I didn't feel like he was trying to "take us in", like so many car saleman do. I feel like they see a woman come in by themselves and wow here's a chance to take advantage. I didn't get that feeling from Robert. I felt like he genuinely had our interest at heart. The reason for my rating is due to the service I received from Sam Siera from the time I approved him. He is extremely all about customer service and what it truly means. I received my Rouge when he said it would be ready and since I am a traveling nurse my time is precise. He also called me to make sure that my bluetooth was working properly since I was having a tough time getting it to sinc with the car. Everything is wonderful and now I am just waiting for my new plates and I am sure that Sam will get me on my way as soon as possible. I will and have recommended Ramsey Nissan to my friends and family. My son is the next one and he also is interested in a Nissan. When he is ready, we will call on Sam to help us. I highly recommend dealing with Sam Siera because he really cares how a person feels in these trying times and how important it is to meet their needs without any bull. He is wonderful and I hope that he is recognized for his efforts. More
I recently went in to purchase a 2010 nissan maxima. From the moment I entered to the moment I left greeting and service was beyond my expectation. I had been to a few other nissan dealerships before coming the moment I entered to the moment I left greeting and service was beyond my expectation. I had been to a few other nissan dealerships before coming to ramsey nissan. I definately saw a difference in customer service. The internet manager was very nice to us. Our sales man jeff stone was excellent in helping us with our purchase. Even the finance manager was great. Overall customer service was just excellent. When I called for pricing and availability, I was given all the information I needed very quicklly. The sales person even went to the lot to pick up my car. We visited Ramsey Nissan after researching various used car models, prices and dealers online. We were interested in a mid-sized sedan for our daughter and had decided that the Altima represented the best car models, prices and dealers online. We were interested in a mid-sized sedan for our daughter and had decided that the Altima represented the best combination of price and features. Once we decided on the Altima we went looking for a dealership. We saw lower prices at some dealers but after digging deeper found that people had bad experiences with bait and switch tactics at the dealerships with the lowest prices. We decided that Ramsey Nissan had a decent inventory of cars, positive dealership reviews and competitive prices. At the dealership we met with Mike Swahla, who specializes in used vehicles. He was very friendly, low pressure and knowledgeable about the entire product line. We found and test drove a 2006 Altima 3.5 SL and decided we were interested. The price was low relative to the NADA and Kelley prices I had seen and the car was in great shape. The negotiation was easy, and with the 2.9 financing up to $10,000, it was a great deal. The finance guy, Fred Styka, was equally knowledgeable and low key. After closing the deal we asked to see a gorgeous 2006 Murano on the lot. We ended up buying this car the same day and got an even better deal on the second car relative to the NADA and Kelley prices. My wife and I were very pleased with the experience and would absolutely recommend Mike if you are interested in a quality used Nissan. More
