The reason I return to Ramsey Nissan for servicing my car is I feel confident in what they tell me needs to be done is truthful and honest. Everything that needs to be done to my car is thoroughly explained where I can fully understand the process and I appreciate that very much. My last experience was costly but I knew going in what it entailed. Alan Galinko was a gentlemen, kind and patient in his explanation of the repairs and kept me abreast of every process and it was wonderful to get a loner car for my convenience.
