Was able to work with my sales person and get the base model I wanted. I found the accounting and financial dept to be very up front and honest. Through the Nussan Fianace agreement I was able to get a model I wanted. I found the accounting and financial dept to be very up front and honest. Through the Nussan Fianace agreement I was able to get a reasonably competitive deal for payments. I will always want the option to buy and not lease. Do not want any stories and with leasing and restrictions it has limitations. Its the best option in my opinion. More
We have been a Nissan customer for over 10 years and usually the employees in Finance are very helpful. We went to you because our lease was about to expire and we wanted to get another lease and or bu usually the employees in Finance are very helpful. We went to you because our lease was about to expire and we wanted to get another lease and or buy a car. Nancy in Finance was supposed to help us as our credit was not too good at that time. She is very unprofessional, she put a piece of food in her mouth, while wearing her mask, as she’s sitting talking to us. She has terrible customer service as I left her about 3 messages to check on the status of our credit application and she never called me back. I finally had to talk to Gail at the front desk and Murph to find out my answers. More

The service person I dealt with Sean told me it was my problem because he didn’t have an answer as to how to fix my car because your service department didn’t work at night!! Not what you want to hear as problem because he didn’t have an answer as to how to fix my car because your service department didn’t work at night!! Not what you want to hear as a customer of Nissan! Very rude! He didn’t believe what I was telling him and when my husband called and made the appointment and told him the issue occurred at night he said he never told him that because he would have made a note of it!! My trip there was a waste of time. Problem still not fixed!! More
