I am kind of sad that I can't give them 5 stars. Lots of people seem to love them. We walked in and were talked out of the car we wanted. That's fine. They did have the best selection of Precertified cars people seem to love them. We walked in and were talked out of the car we wanted. That's fine. They did have the best selection of Precertified cars tho. We found a car, we decided to buy it. We should have done a test drive, but silly us we didn't. We picked up the car and had to bring it back within the first 2 days. It turned out the brakes had to be resurfaced, there hadn't been an oil change for the last 8,000 miles, we found jelly beans and wrappers in and under the seats, the drivers side mirror was cracked and the batteries had to be replaced in the Key Fob. I spent $499 for all these services and had to bring the car back in to have a re-do. Mind you, I didn't even get a full tank of gas, we had 120 miles worth left, they said you only get 1/2 tank of gas when you buy pre-cert, mind you I asked - confirmed I would get a full tank of gas, but nope. Gas is cheap now, you would think...... The saving grace was Sean in Service, who was kind and helped us out with all of the above. So 5 stars for him. Thank you Sean. More
