Major safety issue with my Rogue..the AEB recall was not properly repaired first time. Told part needed to be ordered, leaving me without a car for over a week. Was told there were no more “loaners” so I wa properly repaired first time. Told part needed to be ordered, leaving me without a car for over a week. Was told there were no more “loaners” so I was forced to rent a car, costing me $200; an expense I had to incur. Was told I would not be reimbursed. Yet had I continued to drive the Rogue, I could have been killed. Until this visit, I viewed Nissan as caring for the safety of its consumers, which it clearly does not, The problem with the Rogue was 100% Nissan’s responsibility and design flaw that somehow caused ME $200 and a week of the aggravation of being car-less. More

The dealership is big, nice and clean. Definitely inviting. The service manager, Michael Convertino, who oversees the operation is great.
