I called back in December to make an appointment for a recall. Was told February was the earliest. An appointment was made for 2/19. Fortunately Alan who took care of me took me anyway and it was completed within 30 minutes which I am very grateful for. Unfortunately the incompetence that lead to this was uncalled for. I’ve had too many unsatisfied visits to this service department that I will no longer take my business there. More

Exceptional service. Service writer - Dave really took his time with me explaining everything about my cars needs. Also - I used their shuttle to get to and from work. Patrick was the drivers name.
