More Than Great Cars I went to Ramsey Subaru for an Express Oil Change. I was greeting by a service rep. as soon as I pulled in. Told her I was there for an oil change, a I went to Ramsey Subaru for an Express Oil Change. I was greeting by a service rep. as soon as I pulled in. Told her I was there for an oil change, and she asked if I wanted a free car wash, which I gladly accepted. Then she said to go to the waiting room, where there was coffee, water and snacks. I went there and found comfortable seating, large screen TVs, and a variety of snacks. In less than an hour the rep. came in to tell me that I was set to go. The car was waiting for me, cleaned inside and out as well as a car wash would do it. Ramsey Subaru Service Center makes servicing your car a breeze. More

The Service Dept. detracks from the Overall Ownership Exp. I was disappointed the "dent & ding" coverage I pre-bought with the car, could not fix a small ding from a shopping cart. Plus, the car wasn't washed I was disappointed the "dent & ding" coverage I pre-bought with the car, could not fix a small ding from a shopping cart. Plus, the car wasn't washed... given it was in for minor dent and ding work, you would think they would have at least rinsed it off. Instead, there were hand prints and suction prints all over the doors and hood. More
