There were some issues My car was in for a check engine related to the oxygen F/A sensor. In the shop for 4 days (with loaner!). Picked up my car and within five minutes of My car was in for a check engine related to the oxygen F/A sensor. In the shop for 4 days (with loaner!). Picked up my car and within five minutes of leaving, another Check Engine - rear oxygen F/A sensor. In shop for 2 more days. Why weren’t both sensors checked? Service marked multipoint walk around. Within 2 days leaky tire (which was discussed previously) set off warning light. Tire pressures were 30, 30, 30, and 17. Hard to believe that a tire pressure check would miss that disparity. Following week a long 8 hour drive brought a low oil light and oil just on tip of dipstick. Added 1 qt of 0W20 Mobil 1. Oil level is fine. Hard to believe oil level was not low on multipoint. I sense a reduction in the level of care taken with each vehicle to cover the massive throughput of the Service Center. Take more time, be more careful - I can always rent a car, if necessary. More

I asked the staff member at the concierge if this was normal and he said it was it was probably from the rain and humid weather combined that we’ve recently experienced. I began thinking out loud and said something towards myself about getting windex when I get home to clear it off. But to my surprise, upon receiving my vehicle back from the oil change and complimentary wash, the windshield had been wiped and cleaned! I was ecstatic, I was so happy! Thank you very much Ramey Subaru! Y’all are the best! More
