The Service Dept. detracks from the Overall Ownership Exp. I was disappointed the "dent & ding" coverage I pre-bought with the car, could not fix a small ding from a shopping cart. More Than Great Cars I went to Ramsey Subaru for an Express Oil Change. I was greeting by a service rep. as soon as I pulled in. Told her I was there for an oil change, a I went to Ramsey Subaru for an Express Oil Change. I was greeting by a service rep. as soon as I pulled in. Told her I was there for an oil change, and she asked if I wanted a free car wash, which I gladly accepted. Then she said to go to the waiting room, where there was coffee, water and snacks. I went there and found comfortable seating, large screen TVs, and a variety of snacks. In less than an hour the rep. came in to tell me that I was set to go. The car was waiting for me, cleaned inside and out as well as a car wash would do it. Ramsey Subaru Service Center makes servicing your car a breeze. More
