There were some issues My car was in for a check engine related to the oxygen F/A sensor. In the shop for 4 days (with loaner!). Picked up my car and within five minutes of My car was in for a check engine related to the oxygen F/A sensor. In the shop for 4 days (with loaner!). Picked up my car and within five minutes of leaving, another Check Engine - rear oxygen F/A sensor. In shop for 2 more days. Why weren’t both sensors checked? Service marked multipoint walk around. Within 2 days leaky tire (which was discussed previously) set off warning light. Tire pressures were 30, 30, 30, and 17. Hard to believe that a tire pressure check would miss that disparity. Following week a long 8 hour drive brought a low oil light and oil just on tip of dipstick. Added 1 qt of 0W20 Mobil 1. Oil level is fine. Hard to believe oil level was not low on multipoint. I sense a reduction in the level of care taken with each vehicle to cover the massive throughput of the Service Center. Take more time, be more careful - I can always rent a car, if necessary. More

I asked the staff member at the concierge if this was normal and he said it was it was probably from the rain and humid weather combined that we’ve recently experienced. I began thinking out loud and said something towards myself about getting windex when I get home to clear it off. But to my surprise, upon receiving my vehicle back from the oil change and complimentary wash, the windshield had been wiped and cleaned! I was ecstatic, I was so happy! Consistently Excellent Arrived at the service door 30 minutes before opening to be 1st in and catch my carpool ride. Once they opened James was fast and friendly. He quickly processed my paperwork and I was out in 15 minutes - right on time for my ride to work. While I waited outside the glass sertvice door I noticed James and several other employees were on the floor or at their desk at least 20 minutes before starting time. By 7:00am the senior service Tech was already moving cars that had been finished the day before and preparing the entry lanes for new customers. The entire service staff is very professional and dedicated. More
