Ramsey Subaru performed recall work on my Impreza Very happy with my recent service experience at Ramsey Subaru. I had to have the brake lamp switch replacement done per the recent recall. They told me when I arrived that it would take a little over 1 hour. Within 1 hour 15 minutes I was back in my car, and they even managed to do a complimentary car wash in that short time. Much better than any service experience I've had at other dealerships. The online booking/confirmation was so convenient too. Overall, a great experience! More

This type of human quality is too often not seen in the business world . The car buying process was easy, enjoyable and it was not mechanical. I personally never felt pressured to lease or buy. Oh, I'am really happy with my Forester SUV !!!. . If this does not convince you - my experiences with other non Subaru dealerships the salesmen's behavior were professional however, mechanical, not genuine and as friendly as an ATM machine.!!!
