Dishonest Service Went to my local gas station for AC repair and was told it was the compressor. My car is 2014 Impreza and found out that compressor should last much l Went to my local gas station for AC repair and was told it was the compressor. My car is 2014 Impreza and found out that compressor should last much longer . Called Ramsey Subaru and after 1/2 being transferred around was told that it was $100 deductible to be replaced so they could get me in the door . Make first appointment with John Kane says it’s only Freeon so I pay $160 for repair . One day later hot air blowing again . Make second appointment with Chris Schlaier- now they tell me not covered and it is $900 to fix. Had to get done but at the very least they should have refunded the $160 because I told them from the beginning that local station said it was compressor, the only reason I went to Ramsey Subaru is because I was told it was covered, why didn’t they ask how many miles I had before they told me it was covered . I only had 6 year 80,000 and I was at 90,000 miles . My local station was only going to charge me 800 to replace compressor so I payed over 1200 ! Need to buy a new car but it won’t be a Subaru at Ramsey More
