My big problem made easy I Replaced the transmission on my 2009 WRX. The car has 150 thousand miles now and still drives like its new. Impromptu oil change - Saves a Ticket I had a last minute business trip to MD that would have put me well over my oil change mileage. So I stopped for the express service unannounced and e I had a last minute business trip to MD that would have put me well over my oil change mileage. So I stopped for the express service unannounced and explained the situation. They had the oil changed and even noted one of the front side marker lamps was out. They told me about the light and suggested they could have it changed very quickly. They also reminded me as I was crossing 3 states that the PD in other states "might not be forgiving" of having a lamp out on the car. Not only was everything done in 1 hour (A feat considering the inner fender well has to be removed to get to the front marker lights) and the car was washed inside and out. Apparently the people at Ramsey Subaru are clairvoyant. I got to my first business stop and met with a coworker who was in a sour mood because he got a rear marker light ticket in MD for $87. I know sometimes one thinks oh the service dealer is "tacking something on" like a lamp for profit margin. I genuinely doubt that is the case here. More

My go to Subaru service center I typically love using this service center as the reps are generally very nice and accommodating. However, if a customer wants to keep the post-it tha I typically love using this service center as the reps are generally very nice and accommodating. However, if a customer wants to keep the post-it that you jotted down costs of repair, even though you'll be adding it to the paperwork, just give it to them and don't have an attitude (I asked at least half a dozen times and he still tossed it in the trash, and after a slight attitude, he dug through the trash and gave it to me -- seriously, if a customer asks for it, just hand it to them after you've added it to the computer/paperwork). Usually I don't have an issue with them giving me the post-it so I can keep it handy in my wallet if I want to check costs outside of this service center, especially for a vehicle that is well over the 5yr/100k warranty period. Otherwise, it just inconveniences me to have to re-jot it all down myself so I can keep it handy, as the post-service paperwork is quite large and bulky and won't fit in a wallet. Other than that one not so great experience, even though I'm well over warranty, I will go to this service center for my major maintenance service and other repairs. The staff is very nice here. More

Amazing Customer Service I went into Ramsey Subaru and was greeted by Alex. He was straight forward and didn't play games.
