Air bag and more I brought my car in for the air bag recall. I was issued a loaner car and told I would also receive a thorough car checkup. Esma Batca is Awesome Esma is wonderful. I walked in after dropping off my vehicle and Esma, who was 2 tables away from the door I entered in, asked if I was bring helped. Esma is wonderful. The other associate who was sitting infront of me stared at me for a few seconds then turned to associate next to his desk to have a conversation. Carelessness while doing airbag recall Had my 2014 legacy in for airbag recall. They had the vehicle all day. Got it back with two spots of grease on the passenger front seat (seats are i Had my 2014 legacy in for airbag recall. They had the vehicle all day. Got it back with two spots of grease on the passenger front seat (seats are ivory so it shows!) a screw of some sort on the the drivers side mat and left side of the dash was not correctly reinstalled. There was no one but one service guy there when I picked up and nobody had any answers or offer to clean or fix the issues. Hopefully that screw was not from something important. Pure carelessness... and I had to take care of everything myself!! Not what I’ve come to expect from Ramsey.... More

They had the best varied selection of pre owned Subarus, which is why I drove all the way out to Ramse Larry was easy and professional to deal with. I bought a very nice 2014 Forester Limited in great condition and it runs beautifully. They weren't very flexible on price, but overall I'm pretty satisfied. More
