So glad I came here! After the nightmare of trying to deal with the service department at Bill Kolb Jr Subaru, where I bought my car, this time I went to Ramsey. Car shopping I had to go car shopping because my 8 year old, 235K miles Outback told me it had had enough! I went online and did most of my shopping - and then I I had to go car shopping because my 8 year old, 235K miles Outback told me it had had enough! I went online and did most of my shopping - and then I got a call from Dino. Dino was the reason I walked in - he gave me the confidence that someone was actually going to take time with me. When I got there Dino assured me he was going to help me with what I needed in a car. He walked through and asked me questions - I was stressed because my car had died on me - so he really took the time to make sure I was getting what I needed and not trying to sell me a car I didn't want. Dino took care of things like a professional - I was happy from the moment we started the process - he basically walked me through and made sure I was comfortable with everything! I now have an amazing Crosstrek that I am super happy driving! Shane in Finance was very helpful with the not fun part - he worked with me and took care of the process and made it as easy as possible. Chris Fuchs was very detailed with educating me on the Crosstrek and the many new (to me) features it had - he also assured me that I could stop in and ask questions (or call him) at any time. The entire team was great and made a very stressful few days for me become a very pleasant experience! More
