When I arrived at the dealership with one of my friends, we were welcomed right away and Kurt was made aware that I had arrived to finalize the sale. After the test drive, the sale went very smoothly and only took about 20 minutes. Except for a slight push to buy one of the Service Packages (extra), there was no pressure. All in all I am very satisfied with my experience and would recommend Ramsey Subaru for anyone looking to purchase a Subaru. More

Ramsey Subaru Repair Dear Mr. DeStefano, My name is Jana Warchalowski. I purchased a Subaru Impreza 2015 limited 2.0i from Ramsey Subaru. I love it! I am writing Dear Mr. DeStefano, My name is Jana Warchalowski. I purchased a Subaru Impreza 2015 limited 2.0i from Ramsey Subaru. I love it! I am writing you to tell you about my experience with my service advisor at Ramsey Subaru Service Center, Kristine Meyers. She is thoughtful, professional and knowledgeable. You are fortunate to have her in your employ. I mistakenly put diesel fuel into my Impreza. The car stopped and would not start. From New York City, Subaru Roadside said I could only be towed to the nearest dealer to my home (I live in Englewood N.J.) The nearest dealership's Subaru service center is Town Subaru in Englewood NJ. Town Subaru quoted a price of $4,000.00 dollars to make the necessary repairs to REPLACE the entire damaged fuel line. Town Subaru said that the diesel fuel had DESTROYED the entire FUEL LINE. I was also told that if I did not do this $4,000.00 repair, my ENTIRE ENGINE would have to be replaced. (IN FACT- Town Subaru NEVER moved my car, or put it up on a lift, or even LOOKED at my car's engine!!!) I knew the estimate for totally damaged fuel line due to diesel fuel was most likely not accurate after much research on the internet. I immediately called Kristine At Ramsey. She needed her the mechanic to look at my car to give me accurate estimate on repair cost and damage to my car. She thought it unlikely the entire fuel system would need to be replaced and would let me know after a complete examination of the car. I had Subaru Roadside tow my Impreza to Ramsey Subaru Service Center from (Town Subaru) Englewood. Kristine had Ramsey Service drain the diesel fuel and cleaned all diesel fuel out of my engine--- $600.00 later (NOT $4,000.00), my car is perfect again. Kristine and your crew has always given me honest and professional service. In the past, I have always gotten my Impreza serviced at Ramsey Service Center with Kristine Meyers-- I will NEVER go anywhere else for service! Kristine and your crew are truly the best!!
