We were so impressed with Michael we went back to Ramsey Subaru a few days later to discuss further buying a new Forester and again Michael could not have been more helpful and honest, totally consistent with our first visit. We ended up buying a new 2015 Forester from Michael and Ramsey Subaru and could not be more happy with the car and the transaction. All process took only two days and I bought car for price that I could easily live with. I was strongly impressed their freindlyness and great professionalism. While I said that the price was only 'good' rather than 'great', it was only because I know that there was profit there for the dealer. But I felt it was fair. Aside from Mike, everyone else I dealt with was similarly pleasant. I don't remember the names of the people in credit, but they were similarly easy to work with and candid. I have yet to work with Service, other than to get the plates put on, but I look forward to it. More

Just two weeks ago, I showed up after closing and he was nice enought to spend a few minutes of his own time replacing a winshield wiper blade for me.. With all the dealerships I've done business with in the past 30 + years of my driving ( even working for one very large one), I've not encountered any othe dealership treating their customers with the dignity and respect that Ramsey Subaru does .. The entire Service team staff are always accomodating and caring, making every visit a comfortable one. We've been to other Subaru Service Centers , having totally different Sevice experiences ( some not very pleasant ones) but will only use Ramsey Service now. Thes guys are tops! More
