Best Service Dealer! I have owned several new cars including Jaguar, Mazda and Lincoln and recently purchased a new Subaru for my daughter. Out of all the service departments I have dealt with, Ramsey Subaru is the best. My service manager is Al Cisneros, and he is wonderful. I had to reschedule my appointment several times and he was always accommodating and professional. When I finally made my appointment, I misplaced my second set of keys for the car, Al Cisneros took charge and looked all over, got his fellow workers to do the same. After no luck, he called to tell me they will continue to look. He went above and beyond, and I really appreciated that. Turns out the keys were in my seat of the car all along. We had a good laugh. Al assured me if I needed anything for the car to call him. I am very pleased with the spectacular service Ramsay provided. It was also a very short wait time which was great. When I received the car back in was sparkling clean from the car wash provided as a courtesy. Great car, and now great service! Thank you, Emily J More

First Pleasurable Car Buying Experience of my Life! I ordered and purchased a Subaru Forester 2.0 XT Premium from Michael Pandolfelli of Ramsey Subaru and received the vehicle this past week. My experience with Michael was extremely positive and pleasurable. He was very friendly, competent and professional. There were no games played, no pressure placed on me and no private meetings with the manager as with other dealerships. In fact, I never even met the manager or anyone else other than the person in the finance dept. This shows me the manager of the dealership has confidence in Michael and gives him the authority to negotiate. The only person I dealt with the entire time was with Michael. Since I ordered my vehicle and had to wait 8 weeks for it, I had numerous follow-ups and status updates and each email and telephone call amazingly was returned by Michael usually within an hour or two. He always answered my questions and was on top of my transaction. I have bought a number of cars in my life and never has a transaction been so smooth and cordial. Clearly, the reason for this is because of Michael. I would strongly recommend anyone who lives near Bergen County to go see Michael. You will not be disappointed! By the way, I had never met Michael before purchasing this vehicle and have not received any compensation for this review. I have written this review because I truly believe Michael deserves the recognition. By the way, my Forester is awesome and drives really well even though I have only had it for about 5 days now.
