Mike was very upfront and honest right from the start of the process. He provided us with an online quote which clearly explained the breakdown of inclusive and non- inclusive expenses, besides the fact that he honored the exact price when we came in (most dealers do not keep up with their word & we experienced that with at least 4 dealers before we got to Ramsey). Once we were at the dealership the process was seamless and we were out within 1.5 hours. Also, Mike was extremely respectful, courteous, humorous and did not play those typical 'car salesman' mind games or pressure us into buying the car. Even after we signed the papers (which officially now makes us owners), he patiently took the time to walk us through all the features and functions of the car in a thorough manner. We also interacted with CORY in the Finance department who walked us through the gap insurance/warranty process and maintained the status quo of the 'exceptional' service. Thanks again MIKE!!! Great Experience! I recently accompanied my daughter on her search to purchase a new vehicle. After many weekends of visiting dealerships, test driving vehicles, and h I recently accompanied my daughter on her search to purchase a new vehicle. After many weekends of visiting dealerships, test driving vehicles, and hours spent on the internet, she ended up purchasing a vehicle from Michael Pandolfelli at Ramsey Subaru. She called to see if they had a specific Impreza she had seen on the website available, and he replied that it was available, however, it was not at the dealership but he would be happy to have it moved there by the time we arrived. Thirty minutes later, he greeted us and handed her the keys to test drive the vehicle. As a mother, I appreciated that he treated her with respect, patiently answered all of her questions and mine, and never put any pressure on her to purchase the vehicle. He gave us the best price (of 5 dealerships previously visited), however, she wanted to take a day or two to think about it. He followed up and promptly returned all of her calls as well as mine to answer our questions. When we returned to purchase the vehicle, he had the Impreza ready to go and the paperwork was in the Finance department with Cory, who also was a pleasure to work with. We finished up the process with Michael reviewing the vehicle controls, etc. and reinforcing that she could call or stop by if she had any additional questions. The experience was such a positive one, that we most highly recommend that anyone interested in purchasing a Subaru stop by and see Michael at Ramsey Subaru! More

Fantastic experience, so glad I went to Ramsey Subaru! I called on the phone first and then headed up route 17 to meet with Michael. I so appreciated how straight forward he was with me regarding inventory, available options and the value of my trade in. As soon as he knew I wanted to make the purchase with enough time to get to my kids' school he jumped into high gear and got it done. In under two and a half hours he helped me trade in my mini van, select the right package for my new Forester, finance it through their department and hit the road in it with time to spare! I am a single Mom and my whole experience was relaxed and super efficient. I whole heartedly recommend Ramsey Subaru! More

Quick, easy and hassle-free We got a quote for a crosstrek that was from another dealership for a car that was "in-transit". We were in a bind and happened upon Ramsey. Michael was super-friendly and professional. He matched the quote, worked with our insurance company and we were on the road within 24 hrs.
