An Unexpected Pleasure! I searched for a new Subaru online using the Consumer Reports car buying service. I got three dealer quotes and Ramsey was the lowest. I had heard of poor expereinces in the past with this dealer but decided to at least check them out. I am a very prepared and knowledgeable buyer. I had all my information ahead of time and knew exactly what price I was anticipating. Kurt was assigned to me and he was more than pleasant and helpful. We actually changed models and colors before settling on a Legacy. He was very straightforward with his price which was actually slightly lower than expected. He did not have to go in the back and check with anyone! The process totally surprised me and exceeded my expectations. Having bought many cars in my life, this ranked as one of the all time the best. I was totally amazed by the efficiency and courtesy of Kurt and the transaction was completed in just under an hour. I arrived two days later to pick up the car. He had gotten my insurance and had all the paperwork ready for signature. The car was perfect, nothing missing and no last minute change of plans. No hard sell at the F&I office either. Honestly, nothing could have been done to improve this experience and I will certainly recommend him to anyone who asks without hesitation. More

This is the second time my lumbar in my driver seat has broken in the past 6 months. My husband called and told him we would be there around 5:30. There were a few other people waiting for service on their cars so we sat in the waiting area, grabbed a snack and relaxed. Great staff, amazing quick service, and will always recommend this Subaru location. (In the past 2 years we've bought/leased 2 cars (2010 Legacy & 2013 WRX) from here and we recommended my sister, who bought a 2013 WRX). We will be coming back for service and more cars in the future! More
