My car is a few years old and is brought in for regular service and the occassional repair. He thoroughly explains all issues with the car and answers any questions I may have. Whether it be an oil change or suggested service, my car is always ready when I'm told it will be and is always waiting for me shiny and clean!!! We traveled a distance to purchase our new vehicle at Ramsey Subaru and it was well worth the trip. No other dealership even came close to the prompt courteous response we got from Ramsey. Once we were in the dealership the quality of experience continued. Everyone was exceptionally accommodating and expressed their appreciation of our travelling a distance to come to Ramsey.Our business dealings were prompt ,professional and no nonsense yet friendly. Mike made sure we were comfortable while we waited for our car and really extended himself even after the deal was closed- helping with our out of state paperwork- promptly answering any phone call we had with questions even tossing in a "thank you gift" of accessories for our travelling a distance to make our purchase. This is our fifth Subaru- we really never considered a different make of car. We were very happy with our car buying experience at Ramsey.Far and away the best experience we have had in any dealership. They treat you like a valued customer!
