Oil change and recall When getting my car back, there were grease handprints on 3 different locations. Albeit, they offered the car wash but it was raining, so I didn’t fee When getting my car back, there were grease handprints on 3 different locations. Albeit, they offered the car wash but it was raining, so I didn’t feel the need to wash it. Regardless, they need to wipe their hands before touching customers’ cars . In addition, no one relayed any kind of extra precautions taken (due to Covid-19)when receiving my car, meaning touching communal parts such as steering wheel. There was no visible evidence that anything was protected. That left me feeling rather concerned. More

Car was brought in for 2nd service. With only 25,000 miles they recommended new rotors and brake pads and 3 new tires!!!!! I guess they’re trying to make up for COVID loss of business. This dealership confirmed the snarky comments I”ve heard over the years that day. When I balked at the recommendation they backed off. In addition I paid to have the car CPO’d and they never noticed that there was a mis-sized tire on the car. They made it right by providing the correct tire free of charge. I’m not convinced they are reputable. Time will tell. More
