Incorrect information by sales provided on accumulated ford pass points and current oil package resulted in me losing about 400.00. My car was repaired quickly and for less than the original est. cost. In my opinion the best ‘feature’ of QuickLane is service mgr Joseph Faul. Joseph has been my go to guy since I bought my Focu original est. cost. In my opinion the best ‘feature’ of QuickLane is service mgr Joseph Faul. Joseph has been my go to guy since I bought my Focus in 2014. He quickly responds to my calls/texts, gives me the ‘facts’ and follows up to completion. He has been a Godsend to me and I trust him completely. The 2014 Focus was the year of the hinky transmission resulting in tremendous frustration over the years and Joseph is the sole reason I would even consider buying another Ford. More
