I had left last week when told it would take 3 hours for an oil change. I got there early last Wednesday and was out in about an hour. My service young man was very professional and friendly. Took my car in for a safety recall. Took them 2 weeks to do and also said my A\C needed repair.$3500 later fixed only to stop working 2 days later. Back to Planet Ford with once again Took them 2 weeks to do and also said my A\C needed repair.$3500 later fixed only to stop working 2 days later.
