It was the worst car-buying experience I have ever had period. I was made to wait for hours till I was exhausted. Then I was told to come the car wasn't ready yet. In the meantime, I am filling out paperw period. I was made to wait for hours till I was exhausted. Then I was told to come the car wasn't ready yet. In the meantime, I am filling out paperwork after being exhausted and I kept reminding the salespeople I didn't want to spend more than 15,000 OTD. No problem Mr. Causey I was told. Well, then how is it I am paying 20,000 for a 9-year-old car with 151,000 miles. Well, because of sleight of hand and trickery. Oh, I am sure they are telling a great story about how they fooled that old man who trusted them. Okay, lesson learned. I have bought several cars at Planet Ford but never again. I will encourage all my family not to buy there as well. More
