Service tech did a good job picking up from a tech who no longer works at Randall Reed. It seemed they didn't know of my appointment. They got me in and balanced all 4 tires and wheels. I am not sure the pro longer works at Randall Reed. It seemed they didn't know of my appointment. They got me in and balanced all 4 tires and wheels. I am not sure the problem was corrected.
