I tend to always get a different sales person which sucks because I hate to do the whole go back and forth BS because I always know what I want and what I’m willing to pay but I stick with the same finance person, Juan and always the same service guy, Nick! Kevin, the aftermarket guy is also great to work with! At the end of the day, I’m always satisfied!! More

Quick lane customer servise In the last 2-2.50 months I’ve taken my F150 to quick lane on 3 occasions. Reason for visits below. 1. Air condition cutting off when driving. I was In the last 2-2.50 months I’ve taken my F150 to quick lane on 3 occasions. Reason for visits below. 1. Air condition cutting off when driving. I was told I needed the system installed ($2000). I took it to another shop, the wiring hornist just needed to be replaced. $260 2. Check Temperature gage light came on. I was told the gage needed to be replaced and to do so the vale cover gasket would have to be replaced ($1100). Why would the vale cover gasket even need to be removed. I took it to the same shop for reason 1. $250 3. I have the oil changed deal with Quick lane. On my last visit, my radiator cap was missing. I replaced it myself. No call to inform me my truck was ready. I had to call them around 4:00 that evening. When I got there, my truck was in the bend and locked down. I’ve talked to the supervisor about all 3 visits and was told he would look into my complaints but have not heard back from him. It’s been 3 weeks. I left messages with Jeff Stapp also / no reply. with the way this has been handle, I really don't expect to hear back from anyone about this. More
