Tim in Service was very helpful and kept me updated. I was disappointed at my 2019 Lariat F-150's quality. When she starting having issues it felt like the red carpet was rolled up and I no longer ma I was disappointed at my 2019 Lariat F-150's quality. They had my 2019 for three weeks before they could even look at it...y'all need some help there. I spent two months dropping off and bringing back and spent a couple grand I think...not a good experience. After several visits to the shop, and still having issues, i needed to trade my truck off. No one at the sales department even asked if I was looking or suggested that I look at a new truck. I was literally there several times waiting for or dropping off my 2019 and maybe one or two nods and hello's but seriously, I needed a truck! There has been a paradigm shift, there seems to be less and less offered from the dealerships and more and more cost. for all of us to endure. Not sure who even reads these but that's my $.02. More

Having had prior issues with persons in this department, I am always a bit reluctant to bring my vehicle to the dealership for service. I usually use the QuickLane next door. I had a coupon for a discount on The Works package that I received in an email. I didn't mention it when I brought the car in just to see if the service advisor mentioned it, which he didn't. He also didn't ask me about the 2 outstand recalls that have been issued for my vehicle. So when it came time to pay for the service, I showed him the email for the discount and his words were...I wish you had shown me this at the beginning and I said...You didn't ask. I got the discount and just chocked it up to another so-so visit to the Planet Ford Service department. More

My car was in the shop for about 3 or 4 weeks and when I picked it up it was still having issues. Also it seemed that no one was on the same page with my car whenever I would call for updates.
