I was very disappointed with my visit to the dealer for my first service appointment. Oil leaked on my garage floor from the oil filter catch pan upon my return home. Information given was incorrect. They changed prices at last minute. I never received a call back from finance or sales. I have 3 ford vehicles and like ford vehicles. I feel like I was lied to and cheated. I have yet to receive a call back from them. I had to go directly to Ford Credit to try to get my issues resolved. I am very disappointed. I understand that commission is needed or numbers are needed towards the end of the month but taking advantage of someone is heartlesss. More
