I called due to my divers side door lock not working on my 2022 F-250 I was told if I dropped it off that night I would get it back the next day! So I dropped what I was doing took it up there and was met my 2022 F-250 I was told if I dropped it off that night I would get it back the next day! The service advisor said he would talk with a manager and see what they could do the next morning and call me! At 4pm. The next day I still haven’t been called! I called and was told he hadn’t got to it yet. I went and picked up my truck and will NEVER take it back there! I will NEVER buy from either of your dealerships again! My family has purchased 6 vehicles there in the last four years and we will never again! More
