Alignment issue on a leased F150 40k miles. Service has been done at the dealership and on time. Brought in to fix the alignment and rotate tires. Tires were not rotated after bringing in. Service office says they were but same bad tire is on the right side. No follow up or offer to fix. Additionally, asked for quotes for a new tire and yet to hear back. Alignment issue should not be happening and now I am on the hook for new tires also….Overall very frustrating experience. Would be nice for management to address directly.
