He made it sound like this was the price of JUST the component when in fact it had a three year warranty attached to it that cost more than the part itself. I’m not even going to have the car for another year, why would I want a three year warranty? Of course by the time this was made known to me it was too late to take it off of the bill. I will most definitely never take another car to this dealership to get serviced (whether or not it’s a Honda), and I will absolutely avoid this dealership at all costs when searching for a new car in the future. This is my first purchase of a Honda. We are now the owners of a Honda CRV Touring model. This purchase was important to us because it was a gift to each other for our 45th wedding anniversary. I was e owners of a Honda CRV Touring model. This purchase was important to us because it was a gift to each other for our 45th wedding anniversary. I was especially impressed by our salesperson, Tim Carson. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He made us feel comfortable and made sure we had all of our many questions answered. He explains everything very well. More
Not terribly interested or concerned in helping repair the headlights or the random locking mechanism. It seems as though Honda wants to sell and maintain new cars rather than deal with the older models the headlights or the random locking mechanism. The price for changing my brakes was great. The dealership had weekend hours for repairs, which was very helpful for me. The hours on weekdays were also generous. dealership had weekend hours for repairs, which was very helpful for me. The hours on weekdays were also generous. More
I needed a repair done on my new-to-me previously owned vehicle. The service was fast, accommodating, and pleasant. I got a ride home and a ride back. All in all a very good experience. vehicle. Service performed was acceptable, but when my husband called to set up appt. a few days before service he was quoted a price of $241 (to replace and program 2 new keys for the car). When my son took car called to set up appt. a few days before service he was quoted a price of $241 (to replace and program 2 new keys for the car). When my son took car in he was told it was going to be $329 (+ tax). My son said we had been quoted "about $250". The service person went away and came back and told him he could "do $261 plus tax". Ended up beig a total of $291 for replacing 2 keys. We will not return for any service. More
