When I asked if my battery had been tested he indicated it was but that fact was not documented on the work order receipt. Because my battery had completely died numerous times I explained that I was concerned my battery had been negatively impacted so he agreed to bring my vehicle back into the shop and load check my battery. The battery was determined to still be good and he actually let me verify the test equipment readings with the test equipment still hooked up. Upon moving my vehicle back outside he took the time to verify my Apple Car Play was functioning as I indicated the vehicle had stopped recognizing that my iPhone had been connected since I started having the dead battery issues. More
