Chanin Dirks was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and professional, and he listened to me as I worked through my needs and wants. He didn't push, which would have turned me away from him AND Honda. He stayed available by phone or email and was quick at responding to any and all questions...and there were many. He did a great job of explaining everything I needed to know on the car so I can read the manual at my leisure, yet still easily drive in the meantime. I will highly recommend him to others. I think I'm going to like being part of the "Honda Family"! More

When we first came by the dealership we got to meet Chanin who was extremely helpful and very informant. He did not push us to buy a car at all which was something we were a little worried on. This would be our first new car buying experience. We left the lot that day feeling like we had a good idea of the car we would be getting. A week later we test drove the car and left with a spiffy blue brand new Honda Civic. It was a fun experience and Chanin was very friendly and showed us all the neat technology in our car. So if you are looking to get a new Honda Chanin is the man to see. Oh and Philip the finance guy was a rock star too. More

Not any different than any other dealership! Salesman not familiar with the vehicle and did not know how to operate the seats and instruments. New Vehicle had damage when picked up. Not given anywhere to view vehicle except in outside in the rain. Overcharged for items and had to ask multiple times for the refund. Not the Family owned feel you would expect! Normal sales experience with normal tactics. More
