Service scheduled for 3 hours service, wrong tires ordered or received, had to drive to Mooreseville 3 different times. Then didn’t even complete all the service that was supposed to be done. Wanted m ordered or received, had to drive to Mooreseville 3 different times. Then didn’t even complete all the service that was supposed to be done. Wanted me to drive back home and come back the next day so they could complete the service that wasn’t done. The entire time they were playing the blame game, I didn’t know about the oil change service.
