I assume they changed my oil and rotated my tires. Service was very fast and friendly. Poor communication from service department. Did not look at my car on the day of my appointment. Was told it would be inspected first thing next morning- that did not happen. Rescheduled maintenance for later in the week and called the day before to see if the parts were in. After several calls- left messages but no return calls, found out that the parts had not been ordered. Now we’re scheduled for later the following week. Wish us luck. We were actually considering purchasing a new Subaru but are now looking elsewhere. More
