Car buying the way it SHOULD be! Salesman Greg Dickson approached me as I was browsing the dealership floor. I explained to him that I was looking specifically for an A5 convertible. Within 5 minutes I was behind the wheel for a test-drive. Since this was to be my first car buying experience in over 18 years (my current car is a '99), I was totally unfamiliar with all the new safety features and amenities. Greg patiently explained and demonstrated all these features and answered all my questions. After narrowing down my choices (there were 3 A5 convertibles available), 2 more test-drives, a quick discussion with Sales Manager Steve, and the required paperwork, I drove home in a sharp white & brown beauty!
