I was considering BMW M440i vs Audi S5. I was so lucky to get Tom Andia as my Audi Brand Specialist, my dealings with him help put Audi above BMW. Marc was nothing short of amazing. He was so patient and persistent from start to finish which made the process that much easier. I have leased 3 Audi’s before this at another dealership and Marc was more detailed with the contracts, the new features, the process than any other sales rep I have worked with in the past. He not only answered every single question I had (and there were a lot) but made sure I actually understood what he was saying. Marc had check lists, made himself available and his follow up was incredible. He is one of the most professional, friendly and honest people I have worked with and in 3 years when my lease is up I will definitely be a repeat client. Thank you so much! More
