He was engaging, knowledgeable and most importantly straightforward. As a customer, I couldn’t ask for anything more. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Denis Carney. Denis helped facilitate the deal by calling me at home and giving me his recommendation on which car would be best for me. He took the time to find out exactly how I planned to use the vehicle and directed me accordingly. He shed great insight that I initially overlooked. Great experience They did it again. I took my S5 in for service, I was offered a loaner. So I said to my service adviser, Jon, what do you have that's interesting? Fi They did it again. I took my S5 in for service, I was offered a loaner. So I said to my service adviser, Jon, what do you have that's interesting? First I was offered an A3, but he quickly withdrew that and offered me a 2017 A4 with a lot of on board toys. I took the car home and was more than pleasantly surprised. My wife took a drive with me, she loved the car. She said that she really liked the car and needed a change. We came back, the next night and drove away with a new car. Thank you all More
