Excellent customer service from start to finish! Speaking with Mike Castoria on the phone motivated me to make the trip from Princeton to Freehold to explore what Mike and Ray Catena Audi would be ab Speaking with Mike Castoria on the phone motivated me to make the trip from Princeton to Freehold to explore what Mike and Ray Catena Audi would be able to do to earn my business. Mike was waiting for me despite the fact that I arrived a half hour later than expected. He was personable, engaging, warm and friendly offering my wife and me coffee and personally making us a cappuccino before we even began discussing business. He had the 2-3 cars that we had preliminarily discussed on the phone ready for our review and a test drive. Mike stayed with us throughout the process and was helpful but never pushy, allowing us the time we needed to make our decision. We are very happy with the way things worked out. I would recommend Audi Freehold and, in particular, Mike Castoria, to anyone who is considering the purchase or lease of an Audi product. More
