Dealership Visit 9-12-15 I was very impressed with the dealership, especially Mr Rodriguez , who took time to show us the Audi SUV's even though we were a few months from actu I was very impressed with the dealership, especially Mr Rodriguez , who took time to show us the Audi SUV's even though we were a few months from actually being ready. My wife does therapy dog visits to assisted living facilities/nursing homes in Monmouth/Ocean counties, and we needed to get a vehicle a little larger than what we currently have that has rear AC/Heat vents as SUV's take a long time to climate control with just the dash and low flow second row vents we currently have. The dogs are the last to get the cool/warm air in the Subaru Outback. Although we explored the Audi options, the Q5 was slightly smaller than what we have now (and no rear vents) and the Q7, while it would work, was a tad out of our budget as we would need the diesel option. Driving the premium fuel option around for local driving, when you are volunteering, is not cost effective. Again, thank you Julio. More

Best car buying experience ever! Stopped at Ray Catena Audi in Freehold to take a quick look at The convertibles. Immediately approached and asked if I needed help, and within a minut Stopped at Ray Catena Audi in Freehold to take a quick look at The convertibles. Immediately approached and asked if I needed help, and within a minute or so, met Frankie. We looked at cars, and I accepted his offer of a test drive. Loved the car but I had to get home. Worked with Frankie, mostly via text, to choose the car and make the deal. I had my beautiful car within a week. Frankie- who scared me a little because he looked so young- was the best sales person I have ever dealt with over the many years I have been buying it leasing cars. No BS, and we quicy completed our transaction. No hours of waiting, no dealing with a separate finance guy trying to sell me what I didn't want, or someone else showing me the car. It's Ray Catena, so not surprisingly, everyone we met at the dealership was great, including Another Frank, and the General manager who we had the chance to chat with. Frankie was aces, and just made a video for me to show me how to switch my navigation screen. I could not recommend him higher! More

Never thought this process could be so easy and enjoyable This was the easiest, most enjoyable and least painful experience I've ever had getting a new car. I always buy my cars and this was the first time w This was the easiest, most enjoyable and least painful experience I've ever had getting a new car. I always buy my cars and this was the first time we decided to try a lease. We knew what we wanted, about what we wanted to pay and how soon we wanted to do it. Initially we visited the Audi dealer in our backyard in northern NJ. Spent time with the salesman, did a test drive and that awkward dance at their desk where you try to negotiate and they go to to their boss, he come over to shake your hand and it's all just a waste of time. I was clear about what I wanted to pay and was ready to make the deal. It was a lot of back and forth and hassle at this dealership and another Audi dealer about 20 minutes from my house as well. The same annoying negotiations. I decided to call ray catena Audi of freehold and I am SO GLAD I did. After a few phone calls and texts with Frankie Lopes it was a done deal. Never went to th dealership until the day we picked it up. Frankie was friendly, honest, direct and didn't try to upsell or even swap out for a different model like some dealers had offered. He shared pictures, a video. Answered a ton of questions via text even late at night when I finally had time to review everything. Frankie has such a good personality he made this process fun and not stressful. It was worth the drive to freehold to pick up our beautiful new Audi and work with Frankie. I can't stress enough how easy going and NOT overly pushy Frankie was during the whole process. He obviously wanted the sale but made it feel like, and I believe it was genuine, he wanted you to get the car you wanted, at the price you want and be happy. The dealership is beautiful and everyone is pleasant and friendly. Their customer service was amazing. I definitely shopped this around to multiple dealers and Audi of freehold beat the lease price significantly vs all the others More

Treated like royalty with a good deal The Audi dealership is new but it runs like it has been around for a long time. We walked in and were assigned Julio Rodriguez as our sales person. I have purchased many new high end cars in my life but this experience was the best. Julio has such a passion for his job and the dealership and it shows in his skills. Never any pressure; no slimy sales techniques and we could not be happier. Delivery was as promised and silky smooth. There were follow-ups by Julio and I look forward to sending some business his way. And btw....2016 A3 is a great ride! We actually live closer to Princeton and have visited that dealership where our experience was more of a "take it or leave it proposition". We are happy to make the trip to Freehold! More

They all wanted me to have my new 2016 Q5 (helped me search for what I really needed in options). There was no games. I would recommend this dealership for anyone that is looking to purchase an Audi, of course Ray Catena takes care of all his customers, I have experienced this at another location and they live up to the reputation at Audi Freehold as well.
