Took my 2017 Audi A6 for it's 40K maintenance. I was met at the door, introduced to my service rep Anthony Bruno, went over what would be serviced, got me into my loaner car and I was off. NASCAR pit cre at the door, introduced to my service rep Anthony Bruno, went over what would be serviced, got me into my loaner car and I was off. NASCAR pit crews would be envious. Received several texts giving me real-time updates of progress along with a video from my technician . Picked my car up after work which was washed and vacuumed. The gentleman who sold me the car, Ron Marvo , also stopped by to see how I was doing. Doesn't get much better then that. More

The Audi dealership in Freehold is a gem. In the past, I had only serviced my vehicles at the dealership. The service department has always been kind and respectful. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle at this dealership. I worked with Alex to purchase a certified pre owned Audi, and had a fantastic experience. Alex was extremely knowledgeable of all the vehicles quirks and features, as well as the entire sales process. He is extremely honest, patient, and seemed genuinely interested in helping me get into a great car at a great price. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the market for an Audi! More

Initial visit was great with Joe F. He spent a lot of time discussing my options. Made an appointment two weeks later to complete the CPO (?) as I was buying out my car from a lease. He arranged for me t time discussing my options. Made an appointment two weeks later to complete the CPO (?) as I was buying out my car from a lease. He arranged for me to come at 9am to drop off my car and get a loaner. I did not receive a confirmation call from the service department for a loaner by end of business on Saturday (2 days before the appointment). I called the service department 7:30 AM on the day of my appointment and they confirmed the loaner, but for 11 AM. That was not the time Joe and I have decided on. The Service representative was helpful and was able to give me 9:15 AM. I was disappointed that it took an hour to pick up the loaner car. Everyone was busy and there seemed to be a lot of confusion with the process of buying out my car from a lease. I liked the text communication system - wonderful option! More
